Do you sometimes get a little scared about telling them what Jesus did on the cross for them? Well, one way you could share Christ with them is with the wordless book. It's an easy way for you to be a missionary in your own neighborhood, and it's simple to make!
All you need is some construction paper (black, red, white, yellow, green), a hole puch and some string. There's also a little song or rhyme that you can use with it! Here's how it goes:

My heart was black with sin
Until my Savior came in.
His precious blood I know
Has washed me white as snow.
And in God's Word I'm told
I'll walk on streets of gold.
I'll grow in my Savior each day.
I'll read my Bible and pray.

Here's how you can use the wordless book to talk to your friends! Maybe ask a parent or an older brother or sister to go over this with you. I'm sure they would love to help you!

You would first use the Black construction paper. Romans 3:23 says that eveyone is a sinner. Have you ever lied or disobeyed your parents? That's sin. Romans 6:23 says that the penalty for our sin is death - spending eternity without God in a lake of fire (hell). And there is no way to earn salvation. No matter what good things a person may do, he cannot work his way to heaven. But aren't you glad that the story doesn't end here! If it did, no one would ever be able to spend forever with God.
So next you would add the Red paper. God loved us so much that He sent His only Son - Jesus Christ - to come to earth as a perfect man (the only worthy sacrifice) to die on the cross in payment for our sin (John 3:16 - you probably have this one memorized already)! Even though we are sinners, Christ died for us (Romans 5:8). Can you imagine that? The Bible says that it would be a rare thing even for someone to die for someone who was good. But Christ died for us even though we had sinned against Him and rejected Him! And Romans 6:23, the last part, says that salvation is a gift - and that gift is eternal life with Christ in heaven some day! Ephesians 2:8-9 also say that salvation is a gift - you can't work for it! It's just like if your mom or dad were to give you a present on your birthday. They don't expect you to pay for that gift, but they do want you to take it and enjoy it! They gave it to you because they love you and want you to have something special for your birthday. God is offering salvation to everyone. It's a free gift, but each person has to accept that gift. It wouldn't do you any good if you were to turn down the birthday gift from you mom; you could never enjoy the benefits of that gift. The same is true with salvation. If a person doesn't accept the gift God is offering, that person won't spend forever with God. But what does the Bible say about accepting this gift? Romans 10:13 says that "Whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved." Romans 10:9 says, "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved." Do you believe that Christ came to earth to die for you, and that He didn't stay dead but rose again on the third day, defeating death? Do you realize that you are a sinner in need of Christ? Did you know that you can accept the free gift of salvation today! You can pray right now - maybe something like this: "Dear Jesus, Thank You for loving me, thank You for coming to die on the cross for me! I know that I am a sinner, please forgive me. Please come into my heart and save me. Amen."
The next paper is the white. When a person accepts Christ as their Savior, God washes away our sin - He cleans out our hearts! Isn't that wonderful! And remember, once you are saved, you can never lose that gift! We may lose things here on earth, but God is the one keeping track of your salvation and you will never be lost! The Bible says in John 10:28-29 "And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand." You can be confident that you are saved forever!
The gold paper represents the streets of gold in heaven. One day we will spend eternity - forever and ever - in heaven with God! That's eternal life.
And the last paper, the green, stands for growth. Just like the grass grows and the trees grow, God wants us to grow closer and closer to Him. But how can we do that? We can be reading our Bibles - God uses His Word to talk to us, to teach us, to help us know how we are supposed to live. If you have a close friend, you probably enjoy talking with them - and listening to what they have to say. God is our heavenly Father. He wants us to listen to what He has to say, and we do that when we read our Bibles. Even if you can only read just a little bit, there is something in the Bible that you can read. Ask your dad or your mom to help you find some verses that you can read! Reading your Bible will help you as you try to tell your friends about Jesus!
God also wants us to talk to Him. We can talk to Him in prayer any time, night or day! He is always there! Go to Him with everything - questions, worries, fears, needs - He listens and hears when you talk to Him.
Another way we can grow in Christ is by going to church. At church, you can learn more about God from your pastor and your Sunday School teachers. Take advantage of this great opportunity to get to know God better!
And finally, be telling others about what Christ has done for you! It could be that some of your friends have never heard about Jesus! You have the most important gift in this entire world - share it with others so that they too can spend forever with God!

I hope this is helpful to you! Try making yourself a wordless book and then put it to work! Use it to share Christ with your friends and neighbors!
